Stress Counsellors meet employees at workplace
The Evening Herald introduces the concept of 'Optima' to Plymouth businesses.
Evening Herald 8th July 2005
A new Plymouth business has been launched offering workplace counselling for employees.
Optima has been set up by directors Amanda Larcombe and Sarah Prince, who both feel strongly about the importance of dealing with employee stress before it affects the company.
Amanda said: "Coaching works with the individual, their specific goals and those of the business. Put simply, there is no wastage in time or money - the coaching relationship looks to match the workplace routines and commitments and the focused approach ensures that results are achieved."
The two directors have more than 30 years experience in the private, public and voluntary sectors which they have combined with a knowledge of counselling and coaching.
