Will the counsellor be reporting back to my employer?
Our confidentiality policy is carefully negotiated with every employer before Optima undertakes to provide counselling for a company. Any feedback to your employer will only be done with your express permission about specific issues. Optima has several legal obligations to disclose certain activities, such as acts of terrorism or child abuse. Confidentiality will be explained to you by your counsellor before you start any sessions.
