The Optima team are members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work within the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice. In addition they are both members of the Association of Counselling in the Workplace and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

All our associate counsellors and coaches are required to have extensive business and coaching/counselling experience and be members of recognised professional coaching or counselling bodies.
